Global People Operations Director

December 2022 - Now

• Leading a team of six experienced People Operations Coordinators, Specialists and Senior Specialists.
• Managing People Operations for a complex, fully remote organisation of 400+ employees (65%), contractors (30%) and EOR’s (5%), in over 50 countries.
• Managing employment and ensuring compliance in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Malta.
• Managing all People Operations processes, policies, and programs, including but not limited to; onboarding, offboarding, relocations, leave (vacation, parental, sick etc.), paperwork and compensation & benefits.
• Managing our systems (15Five and BambooHR) and people data/analytics.
• Working on projects such as; Opening new employment locations (Portugal, the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Ireland and France), being the People lead on an acquisition and working on SOX compliance and IPO readiness.
